Attorney Bios

Jeffrey R. Bigonger, Esq.

Jeffrey Bigonger was born in Orange, California and has resided in Yorba Linda, California since his family moved there in 1961. Jeffrey graduated from Western Law School, one of the first law schools in Orange County, and became an attorney in 1983. Due to his background as an insurance adjuster, Jeffrey gravitated toward the field of Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury, ultimately becoming a California State Bar Certified Worker’s Compensation Specialist. Jeffrey has been practicing law in Yorba Linda since 1983 and he remains committed to providing legal services to the residents of Yorba Linda and the surrounding community.

Samantha S. Bigonger, Esq.

Samantha Bigonger was born in Yorba Linda, California and resided there most of her life until she moved to Orange, California in 2009. In 2009, Samantha graduated from California State University San Marcos cum laude with a degree in Political Science and minors in Latin/African history and global studies. She accepted a scholarship from Chapman University School of Law and graduated in 2012 after serving as President of the Student Bar Association, receiving the Dean’s Award and the Chapman Law Award, and the CALI Award for Excellence in the area of Employment Law. Samantha looks forward to carrying on the legal tradition that was instilled in her by her grandfather Roland and particularly her father Jeffrey. Throughout her childhood and early adulthood, Samantha saw the impact that a good attorney could have on their clients’ lives and it is her goal to make a similar impact on her own clients’ lives.

Roland Bigonger, Esq. (1926-1997)

Roland Bigonger opened his first law office in Yorba Linda, California in 1962. His outgoing personality and love of his community made him a natural leader and a delight to be around. Though he is no longer with us, there is no doubt that he has had a significant influence on the development of the Law Offices of Bigonger & Bigonger and the provision of legal services in Yorba Linda.
